• DO NOT USE AN ABRASIVE SCRUBBER TO CLEAN THE TUMBLER
• DO NOT EXPOSE TO EXTREME HEAT.
• DO NOT SOAK.

All glitter and decals are sealed with an FDA compliant food safe epoxy that has a smooth as glass finish. Each tumbler is handmade and unique. No two will be identical. While I take pride in making them as perfect as possible, since they are handmade there may be slight imperfections.

*****Due to the custom nature of these items, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is if I have made a mistake on your order.*****

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assist you. If there was an error made on our behalf, the tumbler must be returned and inspected, this also must be done within 24 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for scratched, dropped or mishandling of your tumbler. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged packages but if this occurs, please reach out and I will assist in any way I can.

Allow 4 weeks till ship date. In most cases, I get tumblers done and shipped before that time frame.
